Not getting any correspondence on a bed irder from 3 weeks ago

Sheila at Craftmatic had advised me in previous call that I should call back in a month. Called them today (Aug 12) and was told the service department does not work on Friday and there is no ticket on file for me.
The operator said she would have some one call me Monday. I just want to buy another remote.
I still don’t have a working remote,
- I love the bed
- No help with replacing the remote

For the past three weeks, I have consistently tried to contact Craftmatic to get info/approval on returning a bed I purchased. On two occasions when I was lucky enough to reach someone (in the Finance Department), I was told that the 30 day return requirement was noted and forwarded to the supervisor, Danae, in Delivery & Returns, who would contact me via email.
So far, no email.
It's almost impossible to reach a person in ANY department and the voice mail box for someone named Sheila in Delivery & Returns never answers or returns my calls.
All I want and need is halfway decent customer service so that I can return this bed, be reimbursed and purchase a bed from a company who will at least return my calls. Customer Service is definitely broken and needs to be fixed!
Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated.

Craftmatic is a scammer, I paid over $3000 for a bed with a thin cheap mattress and never got the memory foam mattress that I requested. I ve told everyone, every doctor and nurse i told everyone abou
User's recommendation: Don t waste your money there's other stores that offer the same bed for less. I bought my son a bed just like my bed . I am glad I didn't buy two from them.
Rip off company, over charge for wrong mattress

Bed were barely working when I bought them. Called after the beds were (halfway) installed and the company refused to admit to the problems. Beds moved all around the room
